Dexter would be proud.
I got smart today and taped plastic sheeting up to catch the inevitable foam turds. Another four cans of Great Stuff were squirted into Gypsy’s gaps today, bringing the total number of cans needed to fill Gypsy’s cracks and crevices to a whopping eleven.
Being somewhat in a hurry, I neither wore a respirator nor took any time-lapse photos. I wonder what kind of cancer or disease I’ve set myself up for by breathing in the fumes.
I plan to drop Gypsy off at the shop bright and early tomorrow morning to have the rear a/c removed. That process will likely take a few days, as custom fittings will have to be fabricated to cap off the pipes underneath the van. I hear that some welding will be involved. It took some ego-checking not to brag to the big burly guy at the shop that I can do that.
