I think I’ve mentioned before that I have the attention span of a ferret. Just when I was getting ready to tackle the electrical stuff, I decided to spiffy up the entryway instead. Who knows why, maybe I just needed some time to wrap my brain around the details of the electrical stuff. Somewhere deep inside my gelatinous goo—some people call it a brain—neurons are working overtime to help me figure out the details of the electrical install. In the meantime, there are lots of other things to do.
The entryway has been bothering me for quite some time. This whole raised floor thing has complicated things quite a bit. For the longest time there was an odd patch of framing for the raised floor that I couldn’t figure out how to prettify. I finally dealt with it by eliminating it altogether. Much prettier. Wish I remembered to take a Before picture.
